These Terms and Conditions govern the professional relationship between Velsyn Studios and our clients worldwide. By utilizing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Velsyn Studios provides web development, mobile application design, AI solutions, and creative engineering services for a global market. Each project is defined by a specific scope of work and a signed project proposal.
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure project placement and initiate development.
Milestones: Progress payments are due upon completion of agreed-upon stages as defined in the project schedule.
Ownership: Final delivery and transfer of intellectual property occur only upon receipt of full payment.
Success depends on timely communication. If a client fails to provide necessary feedback or assets for 14 consecutive days, the project may be considered “Abandoned.”
Abandonment Policy: Velsyn Studios reserves the right to retain all payments made, pause development, and apply a Restart Fee to bring an abandoned project back into the active production queue.
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final deliverables. Velsyn Studios retains the right to display the project in our professional portfolio and marketing materials unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifically prohibits it.
Projects include a specific number of revision rounds. Any changes requested outside the original project scope will be quoted separately to maintain transparency and avoid production delays.
Velsyn Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Any disagreements arising from these terms will be resolved through professional mediation or arbitration. These terms are governed by standard international commercial practices.
